National bank of Canada wanted to target newcomers in Canada by targeting South Asian and Chinese communities for their Newcomer’s program.

Identifying newcomers is challenging as there are limited sources that verify the status of the user as a newcomer in Canada but targeting these audiences by leveraging 3P data from several sources and combining the strategies with keywords, search terms, and placements. Further optimized them by studying constant patterns online which are monitored by artificial intelligence; making it possible to capitalize on these markets.
The Results
Our innovative approach and unique strategies helped the National bank of Canada in reaching these target markets effectively at a lower cost per user and further converting it to the potential lead for an account conversion.
