Door to Door Baggage Awareness


The Challenge

Blue Arrow Cargo introduced a new service of delivering door-to-door baggage service internationally. The idea is to create brand awareness and lead generation by targeting different audience segments who are immigrants in Canada and would like to take extra baggage while traveling to their country of origin.

The Idea

The market is already packed with a lot of options and similar services. Airlines are also tough competition. We helped Blue Arrow cargo in designing the strategies to target these audiences separately by incorporating their cultural them to resonate with them and for better engagement.

The Results

A fully functional website was developed to reflect the information by integrating international laws and compliances. Paid campaigns were run on digital and social media to target different multicultural audiences. We helped the business in generating more than 5,000 in web traffic and collected over more than 100 leads per week, which was at 20% conversion.
