Blue Arrow aimed to expand its reach to a wider B2C audience by showcasing its global presence and introducing a unique door-to-door baggage delivery service, specifically designed for customers sending unaccompanied baggage between Canada and India. The campaign’s primary goal was to develop an informative and user-friendly website that clearly explained this new service, while educating the audience through targeted content. Dark Square delivered a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, focusing on special occasions such as weddings, permanent relocations, and studying abroad—moments when customers typically need to send extra baggage. By offering a cost-effective flat fee alternative to expensive airline charges, Blue Arrow positioned itself as the ideal solution for hassle-free baggage delivery.

Dark Square’s work encompassed website development, social media management, brand guidelines, concept development, and content writing to create a strong market positioning for Blue Arrow.
